CALL FOR PAPERS
Now the development of network infrastructure aiming at fiber-optic backbone transmission network, new generation wireless communication network and new generation internet is paving the way towards a better world. New technologies, systems and protocols emerge in an endless stream. On the other hand, with the upgrade of the network infrastructure, a broadband information highway provides the integrated serves delivery including text, audio, still images, animation and video content forms to the world. Digital content industry is becoming the new driving force of the information industry development, which highlights the growing importance of the industry analysis and technology research in this area.
IC-NIDC 2009, the first International Conference on Network Infrastructure and Digital Content, is dedicated to addressing an in-depth study on the cutting edge technologies and hot topics in the areas of network infrastructure and digital content. This conference provides a high-quality forum for researchers and practitioners to present their latest theoretical and practical work in this rapidly-changing area.
It is the IEEE policy that accepted papers can be published only when IEEE recognized that at least one author has registered for presentation. So, authors will be requested to register along with the final manuscript. Our Conference Registration fees include a copy of the Conference proceedings, a copy of the Workshop proceedings, and admission to the Conference/Workshop sessions.
Publication:
We cordially invite you to submit a paper. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality. Papers should be submitted electronically, as PDF or WORD files. Only the full papers received before the deadline will be considered for review. The length of a paper is limited to 5 pages and extra pages will be charged. Selected best papers will appear in SCI. The paper published in the conference proceedings will be indexed by EI and ISTP and included in the IEEE Xplore.
